How to return my order?

A request for return can only be raised post 24 hours of receipt of product. All returns requests must be received within 7 days of delivery.The return order will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the return request.

Please Provide Unboxing Video of the package along with your return request in case there is an issue with the product.

 

Step 1:

Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package in the same way it was delivered.

You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below.

Upon receiving the product at the warehouse, We will inform you through an email alert,with a voice call or whatsapp message.

Step 3:

Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days.For a returns that result in refund the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.

What is your return policy?

Most items are eligible for returns (and refunds), except for personal use items such as masks, swimwear, innerwear ( boxers, briefs, trunks, vest, pyjamas), sunglasses, fragrances, socks and jewellery. All refundable items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes)

Items purchased from Sundara Fashion are eligible for return, if returned within 7 days of delivery.

 A reverse shipping fee of Rs.100 will be applicable on all returns.You can alternatively choose to self-ship/arrange pickups from.

Items purchased on Sale/ Coupon Discount/ Clearance/ Pre-applied-Discounts/ Bundle discounts are Final sale items and cannot be returned.

Please note : The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to

pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the

For Prepaid Orders: Your entire amount will be promptly refunded to your original payment mode, whether it's your bank account or credit card or any other mode of payment.

A refund will be initiated as soon as the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection. It should take place within the following 5-7 business days.

Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 7 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.

 

Sundarafashion.com will review return requests for the following issues:-

Faulty product such as a hole in a product, a print error by sundarafashion.com relating to quality or incorrect image if it is sundarafashion.com’s fault. Sundarafashion.com is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped there the customer must bear the cost of the re-shipment. Size exchanges or general returns/exchanges are not the responsibility of Sundarafashion.com and customer must resubmit and pay for this type of order.
