How long does it take to deliver my order?
Usually it takes 5-7 business days in all major cities of India, for rest of the India it usually takes 7-10 business days.Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).
What happens when no one is available to accept the shipment?
If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment centre. In case of a prepaid order, a refund will be generated.
FREE SHIPPING on orders above 1000
We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders above Rs 1000.
For COD orders an additional COD fee is applicable.
24- 72 HOUR DISPATCH
We dispatch orders within 2-4 days. Since we make products in smaller batches and sometimes only after once the order is placed, most products are dispatched within 72 hours of placing an order (mostly sooner)
3-7 DAYS DELIVERY
The order usually takes 3-7 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at care@sundarafashion.com

You'll receive a tracking number from us in your inbox as soon as it ships! Orders can be tracked in real-time.
What if my order contains a Print on Demand (POD) product?
Face Masks, Phone cases, Coffee Mugs, DTF T-shirts, Coasters, Posters and Fridge Magnets are Print-on-demand products and are custom made for you once you place an order. These products usually take 3-6 working days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) to be manufactured and shipped out from our warehouse. If your order contains a mix of POD and stocked products, the entire order will be shipped together once your POD products are ready.
We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.
Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
The tentative delivery period varies from 5-7 days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
Packaging
We pack your items in a completely opaque thick brown cardboard box OR opaque high strength un-tearable poly bag. We don't put any indication of product name name in the package on the packaging box for certain categories like Lingerie, Contraceptives to maintain your privacy. This ensures complete privacy of your order and safeguards quality and packaging of your order.
This is done FREE OF CHARGE!
Invoice needs to be sent along with the package due to various states/courier regulations. Generic name of the products eg. Personal Care Item OR Ready Made Garment will be mentioned on the invoice.
GIFT WRAP - We offer optional gift wrap in case you want to surprise someone OR you want additional layer of privacy. This is made available at a nominal charge of Rs.30.

What is not covered in the Guarantee:
Delivery delays due to customer unavailability or discrepancies in billing address or failures in providing contact number for delivery. (If the courier has come to the shipping address within seven business days and not been able to get delivered. The courier may or may not contact you before coming - that is something we have no control over)
Delivery to certain areas eg. North Eastern states, J&K, Remote areas in Hills etc. may have a longer delivery period due to lack of accessibility, poor weather conditions, security reasons etc.
This guarantee is not valid for special promotional offers (e.g. Anniversary celebrations, etc).
In case of cities dealing with law and order situations, delivery of courier might get temporarily effected.
This guarantee is not applicable for products on backordered status.
Note: Currently, we do not deliver outside the territory of the Republic of India.
Shipping charges
We may charge nominal non-refundable fee for orders upto certain amount, which will be shown at the time of checkout.
The total shipping charge for your Order will be displayed once you proceed to check out.
It is our endeavor to ship all items in your Order together; however this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Also there may be restrictions on accepting Orders for certain pin codes as cannot be shipped to those destinations. In such scenarios, order will not be accepted online and message will be displayed requesting to provide an alternate pin code.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.
In instances where customer places multiple orders within a day or two, we might combine orders and ship them together.
In certain cases due to poor customer history wrt to delivery rate and return rates, shipping fees may be charged irrespective of the order amount, which will be shown upfront at the time of checkout.
Tracking
You can check the status of your order via the Tracking link shared with you via SMS, or by clicking on “Track” listed on the top right corner of the homepage. Upon clicking, you will be asked to provide your Order No. or AWB No. You can then view your order history and track your current order/s in real time.
Please Note: The tracking link is activated post 24 hours of the order being received.
Do you split shipments?
Sometimes, we ship orders in multiple parts, so we can get you each part faster, therefore, one of the shipments may arrive in advance of another.
Order Delayed - Should I wait or cancel my order?
We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. In the event that your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at care@sundarafashion.com with your tracking number, so we can assist you with the same.
Can ONLY cancel my order?
Occasionally we may have to cancel an order if:
The product is out of stock or discontinued
The item is damaged in transit
In case this is a pre-paid order, we will refund the amount to your payment source account
Can I return damaged items?
If your order is tampered, opened, or visibly damaged on delivery, return the order on arrival and notify our Customer Care team by emailing care@sundarafashion.com.
